Supplies Required
Parents must provide :
Diapers and wipes
Milk, formula, bottles, or sippy cups
Any creams or special care items
An extra set of clothes at all times
This ensures we can care for your child using the products you trust.
Payments
Payments can be made weekly or monthly according to your preferences but must always be paid in advance.
Late payments may result in a late fee or pause in care until the balance is paid in full.
Payments can be made by {Cash, Check,}, we also accept vouchers from ACS and HRA.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your payment schedule- we’re happy to work with you when we can.
Disenrollment / Withdrawal Policy
Notice Requirements: Parents/guardians must provide at least one month in advance if they wish to withdraw their child. This allows our system to properly process enrollment changes and maintain accurate records.
Payments: Tuition is nonrefundable. Please ensure that notice of withdrawal is sent at the start of each month if your child will not continue, so that the corresponding payment is made accordingly.
Exceptions& Accommodations: Parents/guardians are encouraged to discuss special circumstances with management. Adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Mini-Us Daycare may end care only if:
There are ongoing safety concerns that cannot be resolved.
Tuition remains unpaid
Emergency Procedures
Mini-Us is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all children. The following procedures are in place for emergencies.
1- Medical Emergencies:
Staff will provide immediate first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services (911).
Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
All incidents are documented in an incident report, which parents must review and sign.
2- Fire or Evacuation:
Regular fire drills are conducted to ensure children and staff are familiar with the evacuation routes.
In the event of a fire or other need to evacuate, children will be guided to the designated safe and parents will be notified immediately.
3- Severe Weather or Natural Disasters:
If the daycare must close due to severe weather or natural events, the parents will be notified as soon as possible.
Alternative arrangements or makeup days may be discussed when feasible.
4- Illness or Contagion:
Children showing signs of contagious illness will be isolated from the group, and parents will be notified to pick the child up.
Staff will follow all health and safety protocols for cleaning and disinfection.
5- General Safety:
Staff are trained in CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
Safety protocols are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
